mmm throwaway conversation between Dan and Danny that popped into my head that I had to write out:

I think this really brings to light my biggest problem with AI which is that big companies are using it to treat me like a child.

aww do you need help writing a list, buddy? how about I summarise some web pages for you? surely you're not smart enough to use the feature Google already has that highlights the part of each recommended article that you're searching for and literally opens the article to that section when you click

AI has in no way improved my life. it's given me more annoying pop-ups and sparkly buttons that I have to scroll past and cannot turn off. and companies know this. AI has been widely unprofitable. and now they look like idiots for pouring so much money and man power into it and they have to prove to the investors that it was worth something, so they're just shoving as many AI "features" into their apps as they possibly can in the hopes that they maybe make it into the black this quarter.

"what radicalized you?" being told "that's just the way the world is." because daring to believe that change could happen was brushed off so easily. i think the passive mindset people have about everything upset me the most. it didn't just apply to friends who refused to take sides or have opinions when you wete upset with someone, or people always playing devil's advocate when you were upset and invalidating why YOU are upset. it applied to people who saw that we were killing people under the guise of religion when it was always about wanting the land, the money, the benefits of somebody's death. it applied to the fact that the world is dying and we have every opportunity to start making changes but everyone says "that's just the way the world is." and it's not. it's the way YOU are. you have refused to change and grow and take a stance and you will drag everyone down with you

What does Wilbur smell like

he's always smelt like some shitty cologne and gunpowder and cigarettes and weed and paper and body odor probably because my boy showers once a week

in lmanburg he also smells like fresh grass with a hint of petrichor and a weird scent that you can't really trace but it's probably from the brewing. as the wars get harder to fight and the election looms closer the smell of coffee and alcohol sticks to him more than it used too.

in pogtopia the gunpowder smell is almost overpowering, especially mixed with the now much stronger weed and cigarette scent. dirt also. if you get real close and give him a big whiff then you might catch a hint of blood and burning skin.

in limbo the smell of blood is very strong. Fire and ash too. And death, of course.

ghostbur smells the most different. More paper and less gunpowder. The weird brewing stand scent is also pretty strong on him. And the blood obviously- but it doesn't smell like blood should. Like somethings wrong with it. He also smells very strongly of petrichor, similar to lmanbur but more.

after revival he smells like a lot of things. It varies day to day- he goes a lot of places, does a lot of things. he's a busy man, or a bored man. The result is the same. Sometimes he smells like burgers and fast food. Sometimes he smells like ash and fire again. Sometimes the scent of alcohol stays on his coat and in his hair. There are a few constants though, ones that always linger under the stronger smells. Death is a pretty big one; it never goes away even if he scrubs his skin red and uses the strongest soap Quackity has. Speaking of Quackity, the smell of his cologne or perfume is almost always present on Wilbur if you're looking for it. Cigarettes too, it's a hard smell to get rid of. It's most apparent in his breath, you don't even have to get that close to smell it- you can tell by the almost golden yellow of his teeth. (get this guy a toothbrush NOW). The gunpowder of course, a smell that's hard to point out but once you do it's almost always present on him even before he died.

TLDR: if you want to be near this man wear nose plugs otherwise god help you
